 itment to making meditation approachable and relevant to everyday life. Ei
 leen brings both traditional mindfulness teachings and evidence-based prac
 tices to her work. She has completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reductio
 n (MBSR) Foundations program through Brown University. She is a Chicana\, 
 a WOC\, and dedicated to social justice. COVID-19 vaccinations are highly
