This weekly drop in session offers a therapeutic space to explore identities and emotions. Facilitators including therapists and counseling interns guide the conversation with mindfulness. Every meeting brings new topics for sharing. Adults 18 plus are welcome. Donations between five and fifteen dollars help keep the program accessible for everyone.
